The Vicariate of St. Peter respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
We only collect basic personal data required to conduct parish services. When you use ParishNet to request documents or book sacraments, we may collect your full name, contact information, date of birth, place of birth, and familial details (such as parents or sponsors) as required by canonical registry standards.
Your personal information is used exclusively for legitimate church-related purposes. This includes verifying sacramental records, issuing official church certificates, organizing mass intentions, and scheduling pastoral services.
We implement appropriate security measures to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of your personal data. Digital records and uploaded requirements (like Valid IDs) are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized parish personnel.
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed, to access, and to correct your personal data.
By accessing and using the ParishNet digital platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
ParishNet is a centralized management system serving the Vicariate of St. Peter. It provides digital services including sacrament booking, document requests, and mass intention submissions.
When submitting requests for certificates or scheduling sacraments, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. You must ensure you have the consent of third parties (such as godparents or sponsors) when providing their information to the parish. You are required to present a Valid ID when claiming physical documents at the parish office.
Certain services, such as document requests, may incur standard parish processing fees. For courier deliveries, delivery charges are separate from parish fees. Digital donations and offerings are strictly voluntary.
While ParishNet provides real-time tracking, processing times may vary based on the physical condition of archived records and the availability of parish priests. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
